I bought this fridge for a new home. I absolutely feel in love with the design. The gray glass is sleek looking and super easy to clean. There is ample space for food in both the fridge and freezer section. The best part of this is the nugget ice. I love ice and it is now my favorite.

I bought it because 1 year old Samsung refrigerator was sudden dead. They refund $1840. and I added more money and bought it. Looks nice. Making ice well. I used right bottom place for kimchi. I hope I can use it over 10 years.

We got this model as the full size is too big for our space, but even as a counter depth it has plenty of space. The lighting inside is awesome and the dual ice makers are neat. The auto fill pitcher gets used more than we expected and is a nice touch as well.

The leveling foot does not work, the parts are not available. So I'm going to find some shims because Costco doesn't take back merchandise unless you bring it to the store. All the features are wonderful. Love the pitcher in the door. Yes ice cubes somehow escape out the back of the bins but I don't find that too troubling if it means no more ice maker repairs required. Super slick glass look. Easy to clean.

This Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is amazing! We have been having it for several months now and love everything about it. I can't decide if I like the look or functionality better. The glass panels have a sleek look and are virtually smudge proof. The few smudges and fingerprints that were left wipe away with ease. One of my favorite features is the beverage center. I love that the water dispenser and pitcher are hidden behind a door. The self-filling pitcher is great. My daughter enjoys having water infused with lemon. Another feature I love is the bottom right storage space is customizable to be a refrigerator or freezer (and you can make these adjustments easily from your phone!) There is a lot of storage in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The ice bins are a little small and ice sometimes spills behind the bins. The fact that this unit make two different size cube makes up for the bin issue in my opinion. I do wish the shelves in the refrigerator where more adjustable so I could have more height. Overall, we all love this refrigerator and are very happy with the purchase!

My daughter got this fridge a couple of months ago and even tough it did take several months to arrive once we got it i can say it was very well worth it. The fridge its very nice and bright i love the led lights that it has also the most important feature on this fridge is that it allows you to custom it by changing the panels. The beverage station is what my grandkids love the most since they have easy access to their favorite beverages. I would really recommend this fridge to anyone looking to buy a new fridge i promise you wont regret it.

When our 10-year-old Samsung fridge finally died, we were hesitant to buy another Samsung because getting our old one serviced was so difficult. After a while, new components were scarce, and even water filters were difficult to come by. I couldn't help but notice how lovely this refrigerator is. I performed my homework, watched it expand in the Asian market, and decided it was worth a shot.
This beautiful refrigerator makes a statement in the kitchen because to its elegant design, which avoids the bulbous appearance of other refrigerators on the market. We were relieved to get rid of the drawer freezer and replace it with a four-door one. We haven't had to change out the flex section because it's now being used as a deli fridge.
There is no longer an ice maker in the refrigerator; it has been moved to the freezer, where it belongs, freeing up refrigerator space. Cubes and nuggets are the two sizes available. Note that ice nuggets are not chewable like sonic ice, but they are large enough to cool your liquid quickly. We're still attempting to figure out how to collect ice without spilling any.
The autofill pitcher with a diffuser is another feature we like. We use it to make infused water on occasion. This feature is a nice addition because I used to keep a pitcher of water in my old fridge so that chilled water was always available.
When I bought this fridge there were only colors available. When I'm ready, I would love to switch out the panels to different designs if they ever come available.
We have Samsung phones, so syncing it with the SmartThings app was easy.
Definitely worth the price!

We never run out of room with this refrigerator. The width is amazing. I can open both doors out and easily see everything at a glance. The shelve spacing is well designed. I love the freezer on the bottom. I like that you can make one of the flex zones into a refrigerator if needed. This refrigerator connects to smart things so I can change any of the zones from my phone. I can tell it to stop filling the auto fill water container if I choose or make an area very cold for rock hard ice cream. I enjoy the option of small or large ice cubes. The ice pulls out on trays so you can get to them easily. There is a separate area that allows you to open a section of the door to reach the water pitcher and items you use often. It has a clean modern look. It really updates the look of our kitchen.

The customizable door material and color options for this refrigerator are vast, but we finally settled on the light blue glass door panels. The most convenient option on the refrigerator is the "Beverage Center", which allows easy access to a self-contained water pitcher (included with the refrigerator), several shelves for drinks/snacks/medications/etc, and a chilled filter water spigot. The pitcher self fills (option can be turned off too) with filtered water, so it is always full and ready to pour refreshingly cold water. The pitcher can also be used to make iced tea or powdered water-based drinks.
Once the refrigerator was installed we felt compelled to modernize the appearance of our 20-year-old kitchen with new cabinet/drawer handles and a marble countertop with a full ceramic backsplash, but the work is still occurring so there are no before/after pictures at the time I am writing this review, but will try and come back to add them once the work is completed.

My husband got this fridge awhile back and I could not ask for a better refrigerator. Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex is the most customizable refrigerator I've ever seen. It allows us to customize the way the outside look to match with our home décor. We chose the two tone glass panel. It matches our kitchen cabinet. Besides the look of the fridge, the inside. is more of a French Style which we love but because of the space in this area. We can only have a side by side. This fridge allows us to have the best of both world. A French style fridge on the top, with a side-by-side functionality for our home. The automatic water dispenser re-filler is exceptional. We use that on a daily basis since we enjoy cold water. It will automatically refill it without us having to fill it up. The French style on top allows us to hold large items like a large birthday cake without any issue. I love all the drawers for our condiments as well as fruits and vegetables last longer in the drawers. The icemaker makes two size ice which my daughter loves the smaller size for her to eat. She likes how she is able to scoop as much ice as she wants. This is by far the Fridge of My Dream. A disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

We've had this fridge for about 2 months now and we love it! It fits a lot of food and the freezer section is well designed so everything is easy to find. The beverage center is so convenient especially with 2 kids. I love the auto-fill pitcher. I've been putting tea leaves in the infuser to make cold brew tea. The kids' favorite part of the fridge is the small bites ice. I have to admit, it's pretty cute. The control panel on the inside is intuitive and easy to manage. The custom panels make a big statement in the kitchen. It's the 1st thing everyone notices. It's nice to know that we can switch out the panels to a different color later on if we want to. The flex zone area is really convenient for when we need more fridge space and less freezer space. Overall, I love this fridge!

The Samsung bespoke fridge is a wholely unique product that has completely changed what a modern day fridge can look like. But more importantly, it backs that aesthetic with cutting edge technology and functionality. First and foremost it is stunning, and every guest instantly focuses on it and falls in love. It gives you a chance to decorate your kitchen with different color accents and contrasts greatly with the surgical steel that has taken over kitchens everywhere. The gloss finnish is clean cut and does not highlight fingerprints. The spacious 23cu ft hold a ton of food and beverages and nearly all shelves are customizable to fit how you like to organize your fridge. The bottom panels can both be freezer or you can elect to make the right one a standard fridge temperature. The dual ice cubes is a great addition. The top left panel hides a beverage center complete with a self refilling pitcher that has a center space to place fruit or other water flavoring. The smart fridge can be adjusted with an inside panel or via your Samsung smart things app. It is very intuitive to use and you can monitor your temperature settings and even change ice maker settings, or change from fridge to freezer on the app. This is a huge fridge and Samsung did a good job of efficiently packing in as much storage space as possible into the maximum allowed dimensions. You will have ample room for all your food storage needs. The outside panels, while expensive, can be individually purchased to change the aesthetic whenever you want. As you can see in my picture, you can also be as creative as you want to set different tones in your kitchen. It is incredibly captivating. I am 100% happy with this appliance that not only serves as a means to store your food but also as a way to decorate and a form of expression. Samsung really knocked this out of the park. Don't hesitate to evolve what you think a fridge should look like and step into the future.

I love the new Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator! The sleek design with built in handles looks great in our newly repainted kitchen.
Some of my favorite features include:
A "Beverage Center" with internal dispenser, because I don't like the unsightly look of exterior door dispensers, which are harder to keep clean, and children away from them.
The beverage center also includes an AutoFill Infused Water Pitcher, which convenience has enhanced our lives, and has us enjoying a great deal of more water every day!
Another great feature is the Dual Auto Ice Maker with Ice Bites. The larger ice cubes are actually cubed shaped which I prefer over the standard half moon shaped ones. The bite ice is great. My kids love it. I just want to be very clear that this bite ice is a smaller version of the other cubed ice, and it isn't the soft ice that you might be thinking of that comes from a certain fast food chain.
The FlexZone is perfect for my needs where I can adjust the temperature of that area based on my needs and what I have to put into that location at any particular time.
It has Wi-Fi Connectivity to check and adjust the settings.
Another great feature is that you can choose from several different Custom Door Panels to suit your decoration style.
Stay tuned for more details to follow, but for starters, I do highly suggest that future buyers note the measurements and understand that there needs to be about a four inch clearance for doors to open.
The only inconvenience that we've had so far is that our door panels apparently had a manufacturing flaw, and there are "bubbles" like you see with contact paper beneath the glass which tops the four door panels. Samsung has new panels on their way to us, and the flaw affects the aesthetics and not the function of the unit.
I will update as soon as we receive the new flawless door panels, and our experience receiving them.

First impression is definitely very impressed! I have not owned a refrigerator that you can customize the aesthetic appearance of it so it will match to your kitchen color wheel!
I love the space and how you can adjust some spots of the shelving to suit to your needs. Lots of compartments on its own purposes. I love the self refilling pitcher so much! I don't have to worry having a cold water to be refilled each time! Having the drinking water set inside the fridge is just fantastic for is having dog who knows how to get by on everything!
Ice maker is great, ice cubes are always replenished well to the point of when scooping out some ice it may fell some of it on the back although not a big deal.
Two separate freezer and helped me a ton to organize well which of which goes. The other freezer can be customized to your liking, it can be w freezer or just more refrigerator space. I love the drawer type space it had designed! Easy to look into your foods without forgetting your food that got pushed into the back!
And I have not mentioned the SMART FEATURES ! This had saved us a ton of not shutting the door fully and our phone will notify us the we left the door open! How cool is that! And on the top of that, you can customize the temperature of your fridge and freezer! Like you really have the control just thru your phone! It was very easy to set it up and only took me within 10mins or even less.

We are updating are kitchen to all of the Samsung products that work with the Samsung Smart app. This has to be one of our greatest additions. You open the doors to find massive storage options. It is so well lit that I can see everything so easily. The fun part was deciding from all the color options for the doors. You could even mix and match colors.
The flex doors give you the option of only opening one door at a time. One of the bottom flex areas can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer. You set the temperature for each of your zones right from your phone. It also has a warning sound if you leave a door open. It has a small flex door you can open up to quickly get out juice, pop and milk. You can open that with ease and not have to open the larger door. They even included a self filling picture, what a great idea.
The freezer has shelves that slide out to make it a breeze to find what you need. My grandaughter loves the small ice nugget option. There is no huge ice maker taking up space.

I've had this refrigerator for several weeks now. Its by far the most elegant appliance I have in my house. The glossy of the glass panel makes it stands out. The option to choose the different type of panels to match your decore is what makes this fridge stands out from the rest. We chose a two color scheme for our fridge. The fridge looks like a standard side by side. But when you open up the top. It has a full top compartment. So you can put a large cake inside if you want. Very convenient. The two bottom compartment is the freezer. But one of the compartment can be changed to a fridge since it has its own temperature settings. We have a freezer in the garage already so we ended up setting the bottom right as a fridge as well for extra storage. Very clever and functionable. I love when a fridge has a built in ice maker. This one is a little different. There is no traditional ice dispenser on the door, but its built inside the freezer compartment. You get two size ices. My daughter and wife love the small ice. The automatic water dispenser on the door as you open it is the coolest thing. It will keep filling the container to keep it constantly cold all the time. Don't have to worry about filling it up when it gets low. Great idea! Best part of this fridge is there is no fingerprint on the panels. Our old fridge is full of fingerprints and no matter how much you clean it, it is still there. This is you barely notice and fingerprints, but if there were any. You can easily wipe it off. This fridge really combine the Beauty of Samsung with the Functionality of a modern fridge.

I've had my fridge for several weeks now and all I can say is that it's perfect. We are in love with it. In all honesty at first i thought the freezer was gonna be small since we are a family of seven and I usually shop for everything at once. But everything fitted perfectly. Everyone's favorite feature of the fridge is the drink station, my kids love that they can just open the door and get their drinks with out having to be looking for them on the fridge. Also let's talk about the two types of ice it makes!! It's just wow! I love that I can know when my kids leave the door open since it has a two minute alarm that rings if the door is left open. As a mother of small children I can tell you one of the best things of the fridge it's that it is finger print resistant and very easy to clean. Definitely recommend!! I have not yet used the SmartThings app I did connect it but haven't opened it since The installers left the ideal temperature on. I hope in the future I can change all my appliances to Samsung.

I've had my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for just over 2 months and can safely say that it's the single most well thought out appliance I've encountered, and I'm a tough critic. What makes the Bespoke line of refrigerators unique compared to other high end consumer refrigerators is the daily usability of its standout features.
Aesthetic – The sleek look of this refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for to complete my modern themed kitchen. I loved my previous Samsung 4 door refrigerator, but the stainless shell just didn't fit my design, so I was ecstatic when Samsung launched the Bespoke line. The clean look is also extremely practical and easy to keep clean and the handles have hidden touch points so smudges and fingerprints are naturally conceded. Also, the glass panels that I chose are 100% dent resistant (because they're glass) and should the worst happen, they're easily replaceable. I really can't emphasis this enough, it is a beautiful piece of equipment.
Layout – My previous refrigerator was a counter depth Samsung 4 door model as well, so I knew what I was getting into with the Bespoke and I knew I would like it. The 4 door design has the advantage of only exposing a small portion of the cooled area at a time. This is especially important for the frozen areas which are two independent compartments. The Bespoke's upper doors have deep trays, and they allow you to use them for more than just narrow bottles, they can hold larger items like gallons of milk or yogurt tubs. The lower door trays are much shallower (no worries, big enough to hold a pint of Ben and Jerry's), which gives you deeper trays in the freezer for larger items like a loaf of French bread. These deeper compartments slide out so you can access things that may have been pushed to the back easily. All of these design decisions work together to make this counter depth refrigerator feel much bigger than other designs.
Water Station – The autofill water pitcher is a must have feature. Anyone that's tried to fill water bottles or pots with water using a door mounted refrigerator waterspout knows that it's a huge pain. The autofill pitcher is there, waiting, always full, fast pouring. I bet I've tripled my water intake since getting this just because of how convenient it is to get a glass of cold water.
Lighting – This is something you'll notice when you're transferring the contents of your old refrigerator or when you're using someone else's. The Bespoke refrigerator has a ton of b

this product may be too high for upper cabinet. im a builder and am having issues in my own kitchen w/ this model. upper cabinet doors may not swing open if there is no trim below the cabinet. also, i was told this unit was sold with white panels and other were optional. it came without any panels. i specifically chatted with online rep before ordering and they told me this. i sent this to management two weeks ago and fell like i am being ignored. still not resolved.
