Great value, superb clean, quite quiet!

Old dishwasher finally failed (heating coil) and I needed to get a replacement installed fast. Very happy with my purchase. Found this dishwasher at my local Best Buy outlet. Decided to give it a try based on reviews online. The professional review I read suggested this dishwasher is prone to "re-deposit" where food/detergent is left on the dishes when cycle completes. However, I have yet to experience this myself. For the $, this is a value & cleans exceptionally well!
Pros:
• Quiet: There are lower dB dishwashers on the market. However, sound quickly fades into the background.
• Cycles available: 1hr, auto, normal, heavy along with time-delay, heated wash/dry, & sanitize. All options needed to complete your cleaning. 3 cleaning arms + pump pressure do a great job blasting away stuck on food.
• Convenience: Top rack is quickly repositioned. Rinse aid reservoir has a snap-door versus a cap. Ease of removing the filter insert, perforated screen, & mesh filter. Not something commonly thought of or a frequent task. However, a great benefit to remove dog hair, debris, etc. to ensure performance & long dishwasher life.
Opportunities:
• Racks are a slightly over-designed/don't readily accommodate awkward items. Decided to remove the wine-glass supports to afford more room on the top rack. The rod/supports on the lower rack are at an angle on one-half; great for plates, somewhat of an obstacle for glass bowels (Pyrex).
• Heated dry. Dries the items on the bottom rack well. Top rack drying is marginal & plastic items are left with residual water. Again, for the $, not a deal breaker. If you rely on heated dry, please take this into consideration.

ok. it washes fine but the fan has now broken twice. its oud and unbearable. samsung customer service is ok but it was a chore to get someone out here. now out of warranty (because of purchase date not delivery date) so i'll do it myself. so the fan broke twice its a known issue and nothing is done to fix this dollar part. second the adjuster on the bottom slowly has failed making the unit not level. we have resorted to putting small pieces of wood under it until we can find a better fix. just a giant pain wish we never bought these appliances. the microwave broke too and i ended up getting a refund after months. they did not have the part and gave me the run around for almost 5 months. we purchased a different unit.

I love this dishwasher. I like how much space it has on the inside and the automatic wash setting. This dishwasher is extremely quiet compared to ones I have had in the past. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new dishwasher.

We like the dishwasher, it works well. The only thing we dont really like is the way the interior pulls outs are set up. Tall the racks facing different directions make it hard to get plates and bowls in and seems like you cant get as much in it as our other dishwasher, however it is taller which is nice

the only negative response i have is that the dishes are not fully dry when cycle is finished. is this a problem with this model. i would recommend this product to a friend if the dishes were dry at end of cycle.

i purchased my dishwasher on may 21 2021 and it already has drain issues! ive have followed all directions from samsung on how to fix this issue. i had no dirt, no clogged hose, ran my taps, everything was fine! i replaced a working 10 year old dishwasher with this junk!

i have had nothing but issues with this dishwasher since it's been installed. i bought this dishwasher from best buy and they installed it i have had issue after issue with this dishwasher. ive had best buy total tech come and look at it and have been given various reasons for the dishwasher stopping mid cycle and not cleaning the dishes. it first started with an error code with blinking lights. and for the last month now i've had too hand wash dishes because the code its throwing now says that a sensor is wet how do you make a dishwasher that had sensors that can get wet and stop working??

My older Dishwasher was on it's way out,so I saw this one and figured I would give it a try.There were alot more expensive and fancier models out there,but for the price,this Dishwasher does a pretty decent job of cleaning and drying,So far I am happy with my purchase.

I recently bought my apartment that came with all new Samsung appliances. The dishwasher looks good and when it runs its very quiet. When you load the dishes the bottom does not go in smoothly. Almost feels that it gets caught on something.

We've had this dishwasher for a month now and I LOVE IT! I tend to run it on the auto function which sense which wash load it should be on for you. On occasion I run an express 60 load, and it cleans just great! The dishes are always clean. We are a family of 6 and I have no issues cramming all of our dishes from dinner it. We use it almost every day. It's very nice sleek design, and the heated dry works fantastic. We did have an issue once, where the light was blinking and wouldn't run a cycle. It was just a matter ofneeding the manual though to find out which error code it was coordinating to. Once we did. It was an easy fix and we were back to being best friends. Great dishwasher! Looking forward to many years with it.

I bought this dishwasher about 8 months ago.. it is seriously the absolute worst dishwasher i've ever had. it never works. there is always a problem! never runs the full cycle or leaks water or just starts beeping & beeping & then i can't use it for days. i wish i never wasted my money on this dishwasher.

I needed to update my kitchen and the 1st appliance I bought was the dishwasher. I bought the Samsung dishwasher dishwasher it cleans great just have to make sure you use jet dry. Also I was amazed at how quiet it was.
