Ok fridge customer support seems nonexistent

Overall this is an ok fridge with lots of room in the doors. But door bins are not adjustable which limits ability to store taller/shorter items. The freezer drawer design is kind of dumb because the top drawer is hooked into the bottom so its difficult to access the full bottom drawer space. Pizza boxes wont fit in the bottom. Those are minor annoyances. My bigger complaint is that the doors are not plumb and it looks crappy and cheap. Yes weve made all the available adjustments and the fridge is level. Emailed support the day after delivery two weeks ago but no response.

Delivery Damage with NO Contact Info and Followup

I will start by saying that the dishwasher washer and dryer were delivered and installed with no issues. They did a good job. But the refrigerator was delivered with a big dent on the freezer door. The delivery people did not catch this until it moved into the house. I was ignorant and accepted delivery as the delivery people stated that they will contact LG and order me a new door. I called into LG 4 weeks later to check on the status and find that it was never ordered. On top of that the rep I spoke to told me that I will have to talk to the parts department as its past the 14 day delivery window. I was not pleased at this point and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that the only way to do so is that this person will call me back and got a number. Lastly she put me back into the main LG number and all I can do is get a virtual assistant to help me at that point. Conclusion: LG support is not helpful and I am stuck with no way to reach anyone in the company for assistance. Things happen but what is the point of claiming you have top notch service when a delivery issue has no documentation and no way of reaching someone who can do something about it.
