The company is wonderful. The dishwasher worked great the first two runs and then it stopped working. The companies response was great. It took about a month but they refunded my cost for the dishwasher. I will continue to buy this Brand. Where i live we have know service for this Brand.

Purchased this dishwasher from Home Depot. It was working good for few months later started malfunction programs wouldnt work only on Turbo finally stopped working not turning on. Contacted customer service to address issues been told I have to pay to repair brand new dishwasher??? Customer service was arrogant not customer oriented. I am very disappointed by my purchase.

I purchased this just over a year ago and the memory board started to go out. When I called to have it serviced customer service gave me the run around and it took days to finally get an answer which was that it was going to cost more than purchasing a new dishwasher to repair it so I cut my loses and went with a Frigidaire which has been great.

dirty dishes waiting 8/7/2024

I cant use the dishwasher because it wont work: Everything was set up with my journeyman 30 years experience plumber with no kinks in the water supply line -- the water comes through fine -- but the dishwasher shows an error 1E which supposedly indicates a kink in the line. It took half an hour of wading through robot answers to 1-800-243-0000 the # for customer info center before we went online and found another service # which actually answered. They sent me a tel. # for the repair service which answers with a robot in Spanish so I couldnt communicate with them. Subsequently they sent an email with only the name no contact info of a repair tech plus the day for waiting around all day for the tech to come whoever he is or whatever firm he belongs in. This is what happens when the product may be nice but the customer services sucks eggs because the company doesnt care.

The unit was installed in the new house we bought and gave us issues right away. After starting it would randomly shut off after a few minutes. Finally after a month or so of this it would no longer start. Contacted LG and they referred me to AE or Sears Home Service. They sent a tech in a few days who determined it was a defective panel. They Ordered the part and two weeks later were still waiting for it to be installed.

We bought our original dishwasher in April 2023. The display board was not operating correctly and the cycle was not running. I called and spoke with Chris who was very helpful and sent a technician to our house as a courtesy at no cost to us even though it was over a year since our purchase. Kyle came to our house and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the board. It was a pleasant experience overall.

I live in a 2 family house and I purchased LG appliances because I like them. I purchased on in 2021 and the other in August 2023. Unfortunately the 2 diswashers both broke at the same time in June 2024. LG responded well enough but their service company provides horrible service. They showed up without warning and blaming me because they insisted that Lg had set up the appointment which they had not. It did not end well as they wanted me to pay for the appointment.

Dishwasher racks and door needs replacing.

All appliances in my kitchen are LG. My range was sent to me with a crack in my glass in my door. After sending 2 repair people you finally sent someone from LG to replace glass. Now my dishwasher has bad racks that has dented very bad the inside of my dishwasher door. I have called many times and you want to charge me almost 400.00. You have known about this problem since you put it in and sent repair people that did not know what they were doing . It works ok but inside looks like I got it used. Since it works ok I do not think the dishwasher needs replacing but the door does. Also the front of dishwasher door looks like a large sticker was on it but they took it out of the box so not sure what was on it. I cant get it off. I use stainless steel cleaners only . I need this dishwasher taken care of. I hope someone will see this and take care of this problem. All appliances were brought at Home Depot in Savannah Ga. The last time I called made appt but am not paying for your problem so canceled it. The racks in my dishwasher are damaged and like I said they need replacing. I hope whom ever sees this can help me.

I got my dishwasher 3 years ago and it totally quit working I cant turn it on the display wont light up. Wehn I called Lowes where I bought it they gave me the LG number to call adn what a joke that was. I live near San Francisco and they gave me the name of a repair shop in Texas Imagine that Also the person was insisting I needed an electrician and was asking if it was plugged in. Obviously it needs a new part.

The wash cycle is really good and I like the flex mode for small loads. The dishes dry well even without a hot dry cycle. The only negative is reaching a customer service agent who can actually fix an issue. Still unable to access my account after 3 weeks of trying.
