Impressive power convenience and storage. This LG vacuum does it all it has a dual roller nozzle that can tackle my rug and tiled floored plus led light helps show all the hair and dust I normally would not notice. The auto empty is great because I no longer have to empty the dust bin myself just wait for the machine to tell me to throw away the bag and thats it. Bonus accessories hidden within the tower and a spray mop to finish cleaning the floors. This is a complete cleaning machine

Bought this vacuum about a month ago. I had a Dyson but the battery life wasnt the best even after buying a new battery. I loved the fact that the LG had a second battery as a backup. It is super lightweight too Im still trying to figure out how to change the settings once I go over my Ruggable rug. I can only go in one direction over the rug so I have to lift and vacuum vs. going back and forth. The base is top-tier Cleaning the vacuum after each use is life-changing.

I bought 2 of them one for my office and one for home. East to clean and very powerful. It is heavy duty and well made. When Im done I dock it and away the dirt goes into docking station empties vacuum dust bin into a dust bag inside the docking station when vacuum is inserted into the docking station.

I have purchased this LG zero cord stick vacuum about a month ago. Ive been skeptical of these cordless vacuum because of there build and performance quality Let me say the refinement of the engineering in the way they built this is exceptional. It shows . The tolerances that the way things fit together and function has been well thought out. I need to say it changed the way I use a vacuum cleaner It used to be a weekly chore that took a while to do Get the vacuum out set it up plug it in vacuum in a pattern to avoid the cord and keep the hose from twisting . Most electric vacuums that really pull dirt are heavy too . I appreciate that it does not take the amount of time to keep the floor clean . Fact is that I can vacuum quickly and that it is lite to handle . I dont have a dirt bag in the vacuum and I find myself vacuuming less because you can get it out so quickly . It is nice that the tower pulls the degree out and bags it

Just set up the vacuum. Fantastic to have everything needed stored in one place within tower. Finished using it for the first time seems powerful and picked up more than our previous Dyson. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Do not believe the good reviews. They only are on her to get a free item that they never give you. Customer service is terrible. They bounce you around from person to person and then hang up on you. They never respond to email. When you do get a customer service rep they act like they cant hear you.

A vacuum that seriously does it all This new cordless stick vacuum and mop from LG does everything you need to keep your house clean. Lets start with the power - I was so impressed by the suction power that I actually needed to lower it because it was unnecessary. The nozzle has 2 rollers on it that tackle hard floor surfaces and carpeting which is great. It also has an led light strip that illuminates under the couches and shows the dust and hair on my hardwood floors that I wouldnt be able to see with a regular vacuum. I love the auto empty feature that gives me a clean dust bin every time I need to use the vacuum. The 5 step filtration system also helps me with my allergies. Another added benefit is the complete storage of accessories in the sleek looking towerno more lost tools It comes with a mini pet nozzle that does a great job picking up my dogs hair especially on our couches. Finally the coolest feature is the spray mop which I use to mop the floors after I finish vacuuming. LG has revolutionized vacuuming and has made me one very happy customer I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. We have a shark robot vac but we have dogs that chew up toys constantly so the robot vac wasnt working. We saw the LG 949 stick vac on a store that was closing sale and looked it up. We were toying between two models but the 949 was basically the same price as the 925 after discounts so we bought it. Heres my thoughts on it. A I LOVE this vac. Our home is tile throughout with area rugs. Some are high pile some are low. The only transition that this vac doesnt work on is the small bathroom mats. Everything else it is flawless. The suction is incredible. It picks everything up including the dogs toy stuffing they dont pick up. B Battery life is good. I charged it for 8 hours and got a little over half way done in our 2900 sq ft home. The fact that it comes with 2 batteries means I can do our whole home with one charge cycle on two batteries. C The 949 has a mop feature. The only thing Im not crazy about is there is nowhere to store the mop attachment while I am using the vac. It just hangs out and I guarantee I will lose a peice before the end of this year. I love the feature though. D With that being said I love the sleekness of the entire thing. Everything stores beautifully out of sight. It is definitely something that I dont need to worry about looking messy except the mop attachments that are small enough that I can put in the laundry room. Overall this is the best vac we have purchased and Im glad we took the plunge and bought it. Weve been looking for a good manual vac for over 2 years. Im not disappointed one bit.

This vacuum has exceeded our familys expectations We had been looking to replace our household vacuum and were in search of a product that would be multifunctional easy to use and good for families with pets. The A949 checked all boxes We especially enjoyed the powerful suction as it notably outdid our previous vacuum in performance. The Dual Power Mop Pro Nozzle and the Auto Empty feature were also some of our favorite highlights. It saved a lot of time being able to simply switch out the attachments and store them in the tower. The mop pads were perfect for our hardwood floors and kitchen especially with a dog that tracks in dirt and debris from outdoors. The Auto Empty feature was great for our household as were allergic to dust. This vacuum allows us to minimize contact with dust as it simply empties into the disposable bag when docked in the tower. Overall we saw great improvements and ease of cleaning once switching to this LG A949 vacuum. The innovation and design of this product are really amazing and makes cleaning just a tad bit more fun

This vacuum is a game-changer for my cleaning routine. First off the suction power is incredible It picks up dirt and pet hair effortlessly even from my carpets which was a concern for me. The various attachments make it easy to clean different surfaces from hardwood floors to upholstery. I also love the sleek design and lightweight build its easy to maneuver around the house without feeling fatigued. The cordless feature is a fantastic addition allowing me to clean without worrying about tripping over cords or finding an outlet. We really like this self-cleaning vacuum. The upright stand has a small footprint making it easy to find a place to keep it. All the attachments are great. We especially like the ability to remove the handheld piece to add attachments for cleaning furniture and other hard to reach areas. This vacuum is powerful. We like that two batteries were included. When one battery runs out we just have to remove it and swap it out with the second battery that is in the charger. We are very pleased with this vacuum and anticipate many years of cleaning with this LG product.

The A949 is a great vacuum if you are looking for something that does it all. It works great on my carpeted floors and the suction power is strong enough that its able to grab any hairs instead of pushing it around on the floor like my old vacuum did. The mop head is great for kitchen and bathroom tiles which is an added feature I havent seen in other vacuums. I m glad I was finally able to get an upgrade on my vacuum and I dont plan on using any other than LGs. This auto empty vacuum is absolutely amazing I will go into more details as to why I love it below but for those who are looking for the quick rundown its just a very well thought-out quality piece of equipment perfect for busy homes with kids or pets or both. Everything is in one place the vacuum suction is excellent both on hard floors and rugs it has a spray mop attachment and best of all it automatically empties-out and is 100 mess-free which is an absolute dream especially as this is my upstairs vacuum. If on the market for a new stick vacuum with great performance and the best convenience I ever came across get it This is knocking it out of the park Okay now into the more detailed review: Performance: I find the suction to be excellent as it picks-up really fine dust and hairs before it even gets right on it. There is an LED light on the vacuum head showing the dust and debris which I find very satisfying to see how clean it is after a pass. The vacuum comes with two batteries however I have not needed to use the second one as I find one battery is plenty for my daily 20-min vacuum on the second floor. The vacuum is louder than I was expecting but I dont mind it since its doing a great job at cleaning. It also comes with a mini power tool or motorized brush that is excellent at removing pet hair on upholstery even the ones stuck inside the fabric. Convenience: I think this is where this product truly shines. There is so much convenience packed into it that it makes this typically dreaded task something that I am actually looking forward to doing First my favorite the auto-empty feature. I used to vacuum the second floor every other day or so having to go up and down with the heavy vacuum to empty it in the kitchen garbage can then bring it back upstairs. Sometimes avoiding vacuuming altogether just so I wouldnt have to go up and down again. But this is a thing of the past The auto-empty function can be done manually by touching the button or set-up so it does it on its own each time we dock the vacuum on the tower. There is something so satisfying in seeing the canister empty itself and knowing that I dont have to do anything for it. Each time I go to vacuum again the bin is clean and ready for me The process of auto-emptying is very loud so be aware of that but it is quick and oh so worth it for the ease and convenience it brings. Second there is a compressor on the bin that allows to pack down the debris in the bin when full to create more space and this is an awesome feature for people with pets or shedding area rugs like me since most of the bin gets full of hair and rug fibers that take up a lot of volume. Third having all the tools and accessories in one spot feels like an absolute luxury. Its just so practical and I didnt realize how much of a game changer this is when I need the crevice tool and dont have to spend 10mins looking for it. Lastly the vacuum head is hybrid and works great on carpets rugs and hard floors. Although its super convenient not to have to switch vacuum heads mid-clean I find the head a bit too big to fit into super tights corners however its great around and under furniture. I also wish there was a setting to stop the beater bar from spinning so it would be more suited for high quality large area rugs. I put it on the lowest power while vacuuming my rugs and that does the trick. Design: this is mostly for the tower. Its a really good looking docking station. All the accessories are hidden inside the tower and are easily accessible. The bag area is super easy to use. The vacuum is also very easy to take on and off its base which doesnt seem like it would matter but you know it really does when you struggled with other vacuums before The wand needs to be extended for use and retracted to replace back on the dock but it is very smooth and intuitive so no concern there for me. In terms of looks it is overall very sleek looking and compact despite being pretty large and I dont mind having it in plain sight whereas my other stick vacuum was hidden in a closet. I put this beauty on display in the guest bedroom and it happens to blend in the decor perfectly Conclusion: overall this product is what I call a beast of technology. It performs the tasks it is meant to really well and goes above and beyond with all the added features I didnt know I needed even making the task of cleaning my home a more enjoyable and seamless one. You get so much for the price. I paid just a bit less for a competitors vacuum a couple years ago and it was just the vacuum. After using this LG auto-empty almost daily for a little over two weeks I would not look back and 100 purchase it with my own money. I was gifted this product in exchange for my honest review. Living in a small apartment having an all in one product like the LG CordZero is a game changer. Being able to use the same appliance to vacuum my carpets mop my floors and get into the crevices in my tiny pre-war apartment kitchen has been a huge help in keeping my apartment in tip top shape. I especially love the Power Mop Pro Nozzle with LED lights that lets me see and get to hard to reach places. We got the LG A949KTMS right around the time our Dyson cordless vacuum broke down so not only was it perfect timing but it has made our cleaning chores so much more convenient This is an excellent vacuum cleaner with impressive features and a sleek design. It works great for keeping all floor and surface types in your home clean thanks to the many different nozzles and tools it comes with. Its tower which charges the machine also functions as storage for all the additional attachments and accessories. This eliminates the hassle of losing attachments and forgetting your options. The vacuums adjustable height is a great plus allowing people of different heights to use it comfortably. The suction is powerful and my favorite part is the built-in LED light on the main vacuum head it makes it much easier to clean under beds and visibly see the dust being removed. I love that the vacuum comes with two batteries and that there is a dedicated slot in the tower to charge the secondary battery. However I do want to note that the operating time for one battery is relatively short. In my 1000 sqft apartment the vacuum doesnt last long enough to clean the entire space on the highest power setting. I know that cordless vacuums typically dont last long on battery power which was also an issue with my Dyson vacuum so having an extra battery is a lifesaver. The self-emptying base is incredibly convenient making maintenance a breeze. Although the base isnt particularly large its sufficient for everyday use. The vacuum also includes two additional functions: a mopping feature and WiFi connectivity. I have yet to test these out particularly the WiFi but they add to the vacuums versatility. Ive been using this vac for just over a week now and so far Im really impressed. Coming out of the box I was amazed with all the things this product comes with. Auto empty charging base debris bags mopping head and extra pads 2 batteries various vacuuming attachments. Assembly was very easy and the home base offers storage for all the accessories - a very well thought-out and attractive design. The 2 batteries were fully charged in a couple of hours and the Wifi/App connectivity was fairly easy after 1 or 2 attempts to connect. From a performance standpoint this vacuum has much more suction power / pick up performance than my Shark pet stick vac. After a few uses the LG CordZero seems to provide a deeper clean without getting clogged with dog hair - this was a big issue with my other stick vacuum. I really like the ability to adjust the suction power - although this tends to drain the battery very quickly 15 minutes on full power. Thankfully it comes with a spare battery to pop in if needed. As an owner of a golden retriever I am fighting a never ending battle with mountains of pet hair - on hard floors area rugs carpets and cloth furniture. Happy to report the LG CordZero seems to handle with ease Its light enough to be maneuverable on stairs and in hard to reach places while offering very good suction power and good run time. Its also pretty quiet considering the suction power it provides. The ability to compress the debris in the cannister is very handy if you have dirtier floors and dont want to stop to empty the cannister. I have not tried the scrubbing / mopping head as of yet but its next on my list. The auto-evac charging base is a really convenient feature. No more dust cloud when I empty the vacuum cannister I also love the storage this home base provides for the accessories cleaning heads and spare battery charging. Only thing holding this back from 5 stars is battery life while on highest suction power. This is my first cordless vac so this could be comparable to others? App also seems a little bare bones but easy to navigate and I like the battery notifications. So far so good I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Stylish vacuum and base

I am a friend of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. I have had a Dyson v15 Outsize Plus for a few years so in this review I use that Dyson as a benchmark. Also for reference my house is 2-stories 3600 sqft with hardwood floor downstairs with area rugs. Upstairs bedroom have hardwood floors and stairs and hallway have carpet. One thing I like better than Dyson with A949 is that the tube length is easily adjustable. I am almost a foot taller than my wife so being able to easily adjust is a plus. Another benefit vs Dyson is the power button i.e. there is no need to continually pull a trigger unlike Dyson. I also like that the main cleaning head has a light that makes dust easy to see. On Dyson there is a laser but it is only on the soft roller head. The cleaning head of A949 works well for both hard surfaces and rugs. I also think that A949 was somewhat more maneuverable than the Dyson Outsize maybe due to the narrower cleaning head. Thats a double-edged sword as at the same time the A949 requires more sweeps than the wider Dyson. There also seemed to be bit of dead area on the edge of the cleaning head where running the cleaning head along the wall would not get all the dirt up to the wall so will need to go perpendicular to the wall to get the last half inch. I like that the A949 comes with two batteries and I also like that there is a purposeful slot in the base to charge the secondary battery. That said especially on the high setting the operating time for one battery was fairly short. In a similar vein the self-emptying base is nice but the canister in the vacuum is small. When vacuuming a 3600 sqft house need to make at least one trip to the base to change the battery and empty the canister. The suction power with the highest setting was good but with the short operating time. On the lowest setting the suction power is a little too much i.e. the vacuum tends to suck up small bathroom mats. Overall I wish there was a bigger display in A949 that would make it easy to see what suction level you are on and how much operating time is left with that suction level. Having a base that empties the canister is nice and something Dyson doesnt have. The Dyson is at a visible spot in my house so always having dirt in the canister is a minus for Dyson. The A949 with its base looks clean and polished. I like that there is a spot for everything in the base. A minus in the base was that unlike in user guide the doors dont open fully 90 degrees or if they do that would require more force than I thought the doors can take. You can get to all the tools with the door 45 degrees open but at the same time you wonder why? Also I think it would have been great if there was some cavity in the back of the base for the power plug and cord so that you could push the base all the way to be flush with the wall. A949 also has two features Dyson doesnt have i.e. a mopping function and Wifi. I dont yet know how I feel about the mop. With an old-school manual mop it is easier to exert a lot of power to scrub. Maybe the rotation accomplishes the same. Will need to test more. Also with a regular mop you tend to clean the mop head multiple times during a session. With A949 you get four pads so you can swap them once during a mopping session which may not always be enough. As far as wifi goes for me it is quite a useless gimmick i.e. there is not a lot of utility that one can get for it. Sure someone maybe interested in their vacuuming statistics but Im not that guy.

Wow - Whats not to love about this vacuum? It vacuums mops and empties its own dust bin. Too bad it doesnt do dishes Like most LG products the LG A949KTMS is a sleek and modern looking unit that will not look garish if its in the kitchen laundry room or anywhere else in your home. The tower is a self-contained unit storing the stick vacuum additional battery attachments and dust bag all within the tower. No more losing the attachments or wondering what you did with the extra filters. I have laminate floors and vacuum every day. The dog hair is everywhere and its not the long-haired floaty type of dog hair thats easy to see and pickup. Nope its short-hair that attaches to everything. I thought my previous vacuum did a really good job at picking up dog hair but I was wrong The new LG stick vacuum has stronger suction picking up dog hair and dirt faster and more efficiently. I even tried vacuuming the couch with the pet tool and yep you guessed it all those pesky short hairs came right up This vacuum has some really cool features including a swivel vacuum head allowing it to go into tight places other vacuums cant reach. Another awesome feature is that the vacuum head has dual rotators allowing you to transition from hard flooring to carpet seamlessly - no more changing vacuum heads as you vacuum your house. More great features and Im not sure which one is my favorite lights on the vacuum head so you can see all the dirt and a self-emptying dust bin so no more ick cleaning out the vacuum I hate mopping but this little vacuum is like the little engine that could. The mopping head comes with four mopping pads 2 for now and 2 extra and was easy to prep with a little water and solution. The mopping feature worked well and left my floors extremely clean. All in all a great vacuum. A design improvement could be additional lighting on the wand or attachments so if youre using one of the attachments rather than the vacuum head you can still see. Awesome vac thats my new favorite household appliance

The product arrived as advertised and was very easy to set up. The base has two doors that swing open for vacuum head storage and for access to the automatic emptying dust bin. It comes with 2 replacement bags which is great. As for the Vacuum itself the first thing I noticed after charging it was the bright LED lights illuminating the way while maneuvering around. Makes the hard to see areas like under the bed and tables much easier to navigate. You can tell this is a very powerful vacuum and I had no issues cleaning up the various messes around the house. We have a cat at home so being able to use this quickly and easily to pick up loose litter or pet hair is convenient. Also the pet brush vacuum head worked great for cleaning his cat bed and hair off the couch The mop head is also great very easy to fill and add your own detergent. Some extra mop pads were included with the product as well which is great even though the pads are reusable and easy to take off and clean after mopping the floor. Overall this is an excellent product. Has everything you need to keep all floor types of your home clean. Works great on carpeting hardwood floors tile flooring plus can easily swap to the mop head for a deeper clean.
