Valley Oak Appliance Gallery (home of Elk Grove Appliance Service) is locally owned and operated by Jean and Lyn Hawkins since 1990. Their son Tim Hawkins is Service Manager, and their daughter-in-law Kathy Hawkins is the Sales Manager for new appliances.
Our reputation for quality products and honest service has always been important to us. Our most treasured asset is our customers’ trust.
Our community is also very important to us and we strongly believe in community involvement. We support many community service organizations including the Community Foundation (college scholarships for youth), Elk Grove Community Food Bank Services, Rotary, and local schools and youth organizations. By shopping with us you help support our community as well. Through our participation in the BrandSource group, we also contribute to the Ronald McDonald house.
